Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already entered the shipping process.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, personalized items, and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons. Sale items may only be returned for store credit.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is the result of our mistake.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order number and details about when you expected to receive the refund. We will investigate the matter and keep you updated on our findings.
